TRAINING
CHAMPION TRAINING
This Lean Six Simga training and certification program is designed for what are called the Champions. Champions are typically process owners, Department, or business line Managers. The Champions are responsible for breaking down barriers and have the authority to remove obstacles that may be in the way of Lean Six Sigma Project executions. Champions are fully abreast of all project activities and participate in project reviews. The certification program provides the prospective Champions with a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma program objectives and infrastructure. Additionally, the certification provides training in Project selection and how to manage and track projects. The Champions will learn how to coach the Black Belts effectively. Pparticipants will leave the program with the knowledge and understanding to support Lean Six Sigma deployment and execution, they will be prepared to work with Black Belts and project teams.
