MASTER BLACK BELT TRAINING

Master Black Belt certification is our most extensive training. Master Black Belts are Lean Six Sigma technical experts who are responsible for the assistance of strategic planning and deployment, the development and the execution of Lean Six Sigma training company wide, the coaching and the mentoring of Black Belts, and the participation in project tollgate. The Master Black Belts will learn how to coach the Black Belts effectively. They will also learn how to execute projects according to the Lean Six Sigma Project Charter. The Master Black Belt devotes 100% of his/her time to Lean Six Sigma initiative.  The Master Black Belt is qualified to teach Lean Six Sigma philosophy, concepts and tools to all levels of the company. It is not uncommon for a company not to have any Master Black Belts on staff. Many companies hire the Master Black Belt as a Consultant during Lean Six Sigma implementation. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts is always available to our clients as needed.
