EXECUTIVE "PLATINUM BELT"™ TRAINING

This certification program is for top-level Executives that typically include; CEO’s, President’s, CFO’s, Owners, General Managers, and the like. These belts are usually called the “Sponsors” of the Lean Six Sigma Project Charter. The program is designed to provide the Executive with a complete high-level understanding of Lean Six Sigma program deployment and infrastructure. The Executives will gain an understanding of what all the roles are in the Lean Six Sigma infrastructure and will allow them to make important decisions concerning deployment. The program will also get into detail on how the program goals are articulated and measured. The participants will leave the program with the knowledge and understanding of their role in supporting the Lean Six Sigma deployment.
